How We Ship
We currently only ship orders one of two ways: FedEx, or some smaller items will ship USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any expedited shipping services at this time.
Let's talk about FedEx!
When we ship items between 1 and 100 lbs, we use one of two FedEx Services:
FedEx Ground
All items weighing between 10 and 100 lbs will be shipped via FedEx Ground. This is their regular shipping service where the item is picked up from us by FedEx, and delivered to you by FedEx. This shipping method can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, so we ask that all customers are patient with us during this shipping period as well. The tracking number received for this method of shipment will only be able to be tracked through FedEx’s website.
USPS Priority Mail
Some items smaller than 10 lbs will be shipped USPS Priority mail. This service includes fast 1-3 business day delivery times with tracking on the USPS website.

If it is decided that we will cover return shipping, we will need your email address, so that we can email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label via FedEx.
Please understand if you do not contact us before you return the item, we will be unable to refund your shipping costs at a later time, as we can only refund the amount you paid for the item and original shipping costs (if applicable), and cannot refund additional funds unless we use PayPal's "Send Money" function, but please be advised that if we must do this,
PayPal will deduct a portion of your refund due to their fees for receiving money
