Designed to maintain an open ventilation hole in surface forming ice, the K&H Thermo-Pond 3.0 floating pond de-icer protects your prized fish from toxic gas buildup during the winter season. Using only 100 watts of power, the Thermo-Pond de-icer maintains an 8" opening in your pond. The durable plastic body utilizes a dome shape and 2" diameter top vent for efficient air exchange. A fully encased heating element prevents damage to rubber EPDM pond liners and is thermostatically controlled to save on energy costs when water temperatures rise. Perfect for ponds up to 300 Gal. The Thermo-Pond 3.0 features a 12' power cord.
This is brand new, never used but the box is not in great condition (see photos). The box has only been opened to ensure that there was no damage to the unit - it is in perfect, pristine condition!  I bought this for my pond but ended up moving.... thus I have no need for it.
