Antique Vintage Doctor’s Doctor Bag Alligator Leather. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Bag measures 16" long x 8" wide x 8" high In very good condition for age. Brown alligator leather. Inside is lined w/ brown muslin( very hood shape- only one small worn spot). Hardware(latches, lock & handle base are all steel w/ light rust spots) Carrying handle is a brown plastic?- brown metal rails across top of bag - has brown metal articulating hinges @ top of bag. Original owners name is hand-pronted on inside lining. Leather in excellent condition for age- has wear spots on corners of bag & some minor wear spots on bottom-leather flap under the lock is torn w/ small section missing- has 4 metal feet on bottom of bag( which is responsible for bottom being in very good shape).
Key is missing for lock.
To open the bag, you unlatch the two end clasps, then squeeze the two tabs on lock
