Vintage 5" tall (including stopper) thick glass cork top bottle of Whittemore's Oiliquid Cadet Shoe Polish. How these survived in this kind of amazing condition, I will never know. Cork top bottle with a metal and cotton applier. They are in their original boxes, and marked "Whittemore Bros. Corp." "Cambridge, Mass." Circa 1920. Very colorful box picturing the cadet. The contents are still in there, but they dried up a long time ago. Boxes may have a little bump or bruise here or there, and the labels on the bottles may have a smudge or small tear or two, but these are in incredible condition for their age. We acquired these from the estate of Zane Shaffer who was one of the largest country store dealers on the East Coast. These are scarce and unusual. Professionally Prepared, Packaged, and Shipped?
